Standard Support Package – $79 / site / month
The standard package is intended for those that want to be hassle and worry free with their WordPress websit.
Package includes:
- WordPress core upgrades to the latest version once a month *
- Plugin upgrades to the latest version once a month *
- Offsite backups of your database and source files once a month
* We will login to your WordPress admin panel every month to check for upates
* Before we ever do any updates, a full backup of the database is always created
* Plugins can only be updated regularly if they are in the WordPress.org plugin directory
Advanced Support Package – $129 / site / month
The advanced support package is for those that find themselves having questions and needing assistance from time to time with general WordPress procedures and practices.
Package includes:
- Everything from the Standard Support Package
- 2 hours of general support via email **
** General support will be provided within 1 business day and includes questions and quick support to help you manage your site.
** General support does not include any development.
Premium Support Package – $199 / site / month
The premium support package is for those that find themselves with questions as well as the desire to tweak backend components and functionality from time to time.
Package includes:
- Everything from the Advanced Support Package
- General support provided via email or phone if requested
- 2 hours of development support ***
*** If development support requires more than 2 hours of work, overage will be billed at the current hourly rate.
